let me drown in your laughter/ let me die in your arms...
//DIARY: i grew up listening to john denver like any other american family grew up listening to the stones or the beatles. because he's been rooted in me, the sentiment everyone finds in his songs didn't reach me at a young age fully because i was practically numb to his lyrics, you know? i stopped listening to him during middle school, and i recently found him again. thank You, God.

things on my mind lately:
- i would really like to open a hotel
- but then, i would really like to open a little neighborhood cafe
- but then, i would really like to start a business with my own store
- then again, i have no idea what i want to do anymore!
- what's God leading me to? been praying for more patience.

- i really love john denver's music. now i truly am a hipster.
- kate spade's stuff makes me really, really excited.
- then i remind myself i don't really need all that "stuff."
- but c'mon...just one little purse?

ANGUS AND JULIA STONE

ever since i've entered high school, i've fallen for really mellow, acoustic and strings music. so far, i haven't escaped, and because of that, this aussie brother-and-sister duet really mesmerized me. i'm trapped in them for the time being...who knows when i'll come out! very pretty stuff.

in an attempt to revive what was formerly a pretty, well- thought- out blog...

i used to not be able to find songs that applied to my current situations. now music is really becoming quite a haven for me. thanks, adele.
